Ranford Road is a major road in the southeastern suburbs of Perth, Western Australia, and services a number of housing estates in Canning Vale and Southern River, as well as forming part of one of the two major routes between the port city of Fremantle and Armadale. It continues from South Street, a major east-west route in the southern suburbs which also provides access to the Kwinana Freeway and Murdoch railway station.
Ranford Road has recently undergone major roadworks to be upgraded to a dual carriageway between Warton Road and Tonkin Highway, and is currently (as at 2009-11-09) undergoing roadworks at the Campbell Road intersection, upgrading to a dual carriageway and replacing the current roundabout with traffic lights. Once completed, Ranford Road will be dual carriageway from Bannister Road to Tonkin Highway.
It is part of state route 13.
The road's speed limit is 70 km/h (43 mph) from Bannister Road to the edge of Southern River's metropolitan limit at Balfour St. At that point, it increases to 80 km/h (50 mph).
